
Join us for an interactive workshop to discuss an issue of growing importance in our society: An introduction to well-being from a religious and worldly perspective. Discover your self-worth and discuss the importance of loving yourself and your body in a safe and supportive environment. The pandemic has left a huge negative impact on our mental health. It is more important now than ever that we minimise the effect by taking action to improve our well-being and recognising our self-worth.
