Description

We will be studying the translation and in-depth Tafseer of Surah Kahf. We will be studying the 4 stories discussed in Surah Kahf in detail. Students will study the reasons behind the revelation of each story as well as take lessons from each story that we can implement into our daily lives. We hope through the study of Surah Kahf students are able to develop a new profound connection with the Quran!

Aim of the course: 

  • To understand the stories in Surah Kahf
  • To engage with the Tafseer of each story
  • To be able to take lessons from each story which you can apply to your life
  • To be able to connect and become closer to the Quran at a deeper level
  • To memorize some keywords in Arabic

Teaching style: All sessions are interactive and are filled with student-led activities. Online learning tools such as Quizlet and Kahoot will be used to engage students. Students will have access to resources through our Google Classroom.

Assessment: Students will be assessed through online quizzes and submission of home learning tasks.
